Group Finance Manager - 50,000 - 65,000 per annum plus bens.
Our client - a Nationwide Recruitment Consultancy - has recently received Venture Capitalist backing. As a result, the company is going through an aggressive period of growth. In the newly created position of Group Finance Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Finance Director and overseeing the full finance function. You will ideally have strong acquisitions experience with a background in the recruitment industry. You will also be ACCA, ACA, CIMA qualified or equivalent.
Supervising a team of 18, you will have strong system and financial modelling skills, with advanced Excel knowledge a pre-requisite. This is a business-focused role requiring commercial awareness beyond traditional accounting skills, and offers involvement in a variety of areas of the business.
Your objective is to ensure the preparation of timely, accurate financial information for management decision making; to ensure adequate internal controls to safeguard assets and business data; and to manage the Finance team to deliver their objectives within budget. To assist the Finance Director and Board in grooming and structuring the company to maximise shareholder value.You will have full responsibility for Sales Ledger, Payroll, Management Accounts and Credit Control.
