Purchase Ledger Assistant

Our Client, a global organisation who provides software to Casino's, requires an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their growing team on a permanent basis. You will be reporting into the Purchase Ledger Manager.

The Purchase Ledger Assistant's duties:

Look after 200 Accounts
To input high volumes of supplier invoices and expense claims onto the purchase ledger
To raise sales invoices on a timely and effective basis and input onto the sales ledger
To raise and process sales and purchase credit notes
To monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices, including those with unmatched purchase orders
To prepare and assist management with various ad hoc tasks and administrative duties where necessary

The Purchase Ledger Assistant will:

Have strong Purchase Ledger experience
Have a high degree of numerical accuracy and attention to detail
Have knowledge of Excel and other MS packages
