Our client requires an experienced Financial Controller with a background in the private office, family office or business of a high net worth individual. You will have top notch credentials - be a fully qualified accountant, have strong academics and a solid career history that shows longevity in roles and clarity in your career decision making process.
Our client is an extremely successful, self-made individual who has increased their wealth year on year. With the Principle based outside of the UK for a number of months throughout the year, you must be capable of taking responsibility for the smooth operations of the office in their absence.
You will report directly into the Principle and will ultimately be working closely in all areas of their finances. You will be dealing with both their personal income and expenditure along with their private trusts and investment holding companies. You will have full responsibility for running the department and ensure the usual timely production of the full management accounts information.
Your skillset will also extend to complex Financial Investment Management, you are therefore likely to be currently working in an environment where this practical experience is used on a daily basis.
