Part Qualified Accountant 40k - 48k
My client, a High net worth individual is currently looking for a strong Part Qualified Accountant on a temporary to permanent basis.
The duties of the Part Qualified Accountant will include:
Processing monthly payrolls through the BACS systems
Day to day entries for the company, 12 trust and personal ledgers.
Responsible for nominal ledger maintenance for companies, trusts and personal ledgers
Handling all staff expenses claims
Preparing BACS and cheque payments for supplier Invoices and staff expenses,.
Chasing overdue Invoices
Assisting with the preparation of reports
Full maintenance of the Sales and recharges ledgers
Upkeep of various bank accounts (around 60) for the various company, trust and personal entities.
Foreign transfers and setting up of standing orders and direct debits.
Bank reconciliations for all accounts
Maintaining cash books and cash book entries in the Nominal ledgers
Responsible for the recording of transactions and maintenance of offshore bank accounts held in 5 currencies
Currency conversion and entry into sterling nominal ledger, reconciliations and calculation of exchange differences in the sterling ledger
Reconciliation of these to the respective nominal ledgers
The Part Qualified Accountant will have:
Strong Sage Line 50 and Excel experience
Knowledge of multi currencies
Strong understanding of Bank reconciliation
