Project Manager Luxury Villa Jeddah
Our client, a well respected international businessman requires an experienced, 'hands on' Project Manager for a variety of projects in Jeddah, KSA.
You will be a highly experienced individual, with previous project management experience managing boutique, luxury projects from inception through to completion. These projects will encompass a high end villa of more than 1,000 square meters and an office and retail centre with an initial estimated size of 2,000 square meters.
The Role:
End to end project management of prestigious projects
Ability to engage with the Principal on all details
Production of detailed cost plans and contract documents
Production of tender documents and management of bid process
Appointment and management of contractors and consultants
Day to day onsite management
Ability to work to budget and deadline while maintaining high onsite standards
Maintain productive, successful relationships with external and internal support teams
The Person:
Highly skilled, self-motivated project coordinator
Proven background in project management of boutique projects internationally and in the Middle East
Focused and organized with exemplary communication and cross cultural interpersonal skills
Fluent in both verbal and written Arabic and English
Knowledge of local statutory regulations in KSA
Jeddah experience preferred
