General Manager/Agri-Manager/CEO - Farms (KSA, Egypt, Sudan)
My client, one of most prestigious organisations in the Middle East is currently recruiting for a General Manager/CEO for their agri-farm and eco tourism business. With farms in current production in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and further farms planned in Egypt and Sudan, my client has an ambitious growth strategy across several agricultural sectors.
As General Manager, you will be responsible for directing this strategy for aggressive growth. You will be responsible for the sourcing of personnel, exploring new farming opportunities and adopting cutting edge techniques. You will also be building the business in a sustainable way. You will have a strong agricultural background combined with acute business acumen. Experience in eco tourism would be advantageous.
In return you will be rewarded with a highly competitive basic salary, discretionary bi-annual bonus and full expat package including flights, medical, accommodation and transport allowance.
