Our client, an international Consultancy firm with an enviable reputation, requires a qualified Architect for this newly created Business Development role based in Qatar.
With a presence in the Middle East, Europe, South America and now the USA, our client provides full spectrum services at all stages in the construction process, with projects ranging from residential, through commercial, industrial, educational facilities and airports. You will be a qualified Architect who has a strong entrepreneurial flair. With post qualification experience, you will be someone who now wishes to move into an account management/business development role.
My client has a strong, existing international client base.As part of a growing Business Development team, your role will be to take care of and present further concepts to prestigious clients both in the USA and in the Middle East. This role will involve international travel.
The ideal candidate:
Qualified Architect, with post qualification experience ideally gained in the areas above
Your post graduate experience should be gained in the USA
Strong communication skills
Ability to liaise and influence at a senior level
Entrepreneurial outlook - with the ability to explore new opportunities
Strong influencing skills
High attention to detail
