Quantity Surveyor - Qatar
Our Client, a highly respected international conglomerate with a strong construction focus is currently managing a number of prestigious projects based in Qatar. They require a highly competent and experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong track record of working to extremely high standards on world class projects.
The Quantity Surveyor's duties:
Review and finalise periodic payments
Assist in the development and implementation of systems to benefit the project
Accurate reporting and forecasting of turnover and cash flow
Prepare record sheets and check measurements at site
Process contract modification
Study and evaluate contractors invoices
Prepare cost estimates and variance orders
Commercial appraisal of all tender documentation
The Quantity Surveyor will have:
Post graduate experience
Previous Europe Work experience
