Project Manager - Luxury Projects - KSA, Jeddah

Accountability Recruitment's client, a well respected international businessman requires an experienced, 'hands-on' Project Manager for a variety of projects in Jeddah, KSA. As Project Manager you will also be instrumental in expanding the organisations real estate activities in Jeddah.

You will be a highly experienced individual, with previous project management experience managing boutique, luxury projects from inception through to completion. The initial projects will encompass a high-end villa of more than 2,500 square meters and a 200 room hotel development.

The Project Manager role:
End-to-end project management of prestigious projects
Production of detailed cost plans, contract and tender documents
Control of bid process and appointment and management of contractors and consultants
Day-to-day onsite management
Ability to work to budget and deadline while maintaining high on-site standards
Maintain productive, successful relationships with external and internal support teams

The Project Manager:
Degree Qualified (or equivalent)
Civil Engineering Background
Highly skilled, a self-motivated project coordinator
Ability to engage with the Principal on all details
Proven background in project management of boutique projects internationally and within the Middle East
Focused and organised with exemplary communication and cross cultural interpersonal skills
Fluent in both verbal and written Arabic and English
Knowledge of local statutory regulations in KSA
Jeddah experience preferred
