As a Building Services Engineer for our client, you will have the ability to display the full retinue of your skills, while playing a key part in the creation of prestigious projects.
The responsibilities of the Building Services Engineer will include:
- Reviewing installation plans and specifications to deliver required results
- Ensuring work meets building and safety regulations
- Identifying and fixing mistakes or potential issues
- Locating and resolving design faults
- Supervising contractors
- Reviewing design from consultant and review on site
The ideal Building Services Engineer will have:
- Relevant experience in a similar position, experience with consultancy or owner's representative a distinct advantage
- Experience working on towers, hotels, compounds or villa construction
- A relevant third level engineering qualification
- Strong team working skills
- Excellent technical aptitude
