- A consultant at Accountability Recruitment will request a visit to you onsite either before the recruitment process has begun or on receipt of a role.
- Each candidate that we forward will have received both a telephone interview and have been interviewed in person by one of our consultants.
- A minimum of two references will be taken on each candidate.
- We will work to agreed time deadlines.
- We will restrict the number of CV's sent through to you as part of the selection process that we provide.
- We will arrange a follow up visit to both you and the employee following successful placement.
- We will provide ongoing support and mentoring to both client and candidate.
- Accountability Recruitment offer 3 month rebate terms on every permanent placement.
