How do I register with Accountability?
Accountability welcomes all applications from Accountants, Administrators and Sales staff. Whether you are currently working in a Sales Support role or are a recently Qualified Accountant, we have a variety of open roles with a diverse group of clients.
If you do have the experience and background that our clients are looking for, we will contact you for an immediate registration interview. Simply visit our Apply Online section in order to send us your details.
Do you register/contact every candidate who applies to Accountability?
Accountability only registers those candidates who we believe we can help in their job search. Due to the volume of applications, we only contact potential Candidates who's CVs are in-line with our clients' requirements and whom we believe we can aid in their search for a new role.
Do you provide free events/seminars on CV Writing, Personal Development or Business Development?
Yes we do. We believe it is important to support the personal and business development of both Clients and Candidates. Please ask us about our upcoming programme.
In the meantime, you are welcome to discuss your CV and gain career advice from your consultant.
How do you source your Jobseekers?
Accountability believes that referral is the best way to find quality candidates. As such we provide a candidate referral bonus of £150 as a thank you to those people who provide good candidates to us.
Accountability builds long term career relationships with Candidates and Clients alike.
We also believe that it is important to maintain an advertising presence on major job boards and advertise in a number of external sources.
How often are the new vacancies updated on your site? Do you have roles that are not listed?
The vacancy board is updated on both a daily and weekly basis and represents a small sample of the roles that we have open at any one time.
If you do not find a suitable role on the site, feel free to contact us with your details. We will contact you with any other roles that may be suitable for you.
What if I need to speak to my consultant at the weekend?
Consultants at Accountability are able to take your call 7 days per week. Once you become a registered candidate or client, your consultant will provide you with their mobile number.
I am in a permanent role, do you only interview 9.00 till 5.00?
We know how difficult it is to interview when you are in a permanent role, consultants at Accountability are therefore happy to interview offsite on evenings and weekends.
I have a friend who would like to register with Accountability. Do you have a referral bonus if I send them to you?
Yes. If you refer a friend or former colleague to us who we subsequently place in a permanent role, we will send you £150 after they successfully complete their first 3 months probationary period.
I have no idea how to write a CV to my best advantage. Does Accountability provide a free CV writing service?
Yes. As part of our professional services for job seekers Accountability assists registered candidates re-write their CV free of charge. We recognise that a good CV can often be the difference between our Candidates getting the role they dream of or losing out.
Where are your roles based?
The consultants at Accountability are based in Central London. We place candidates at prestigious firms throughout Greater London.
I can't see a role online for me, should I still apply?
Yes. The roles listed on our site are a sample of the roles that we are currently recruiting for. We are continually bringing in new Accountancy, Clerical and Sales positions.
How many vacancies do you have and what sort of companies do you work with?
Consultants at Accountability work with a variety of prestigious companies across London. Sectors include PR, Recruitment, Oil, Education, Telecoms, Media, Fashion, Government, Not-for-Profit and the Charitable Sector.
